The Dickson Middle School Baseball Program is a competitive program based on the pillars of teamwork and self-discipline. Our goal for each player is to work as a team and hone their individual skills to be a successful baseball player. Through conditioning, practices and playing experiences in each game, players will gain the necessary skills to be successful at each position they play. The end goal for the DMS Baseball Coaching Staff is to develop young men to be successful, competitive baseball players at the high school level and beyond.
