December 7, 2018Today we are on schedule “A”. We are
in “D” Dragon Time Rotation.
If you are interested in being a part of the cast of “Disco
Knights”, auditions are December 12th, 13th and 14th
in the cafeteria from 3:30-4:30.
Students who are auditioning for cast must return the parent permission
form and audition application to Ms. Randall or Ms. Tidwell before they will be
allowed to audition.
Congratulations go out to our Lady Dragons and our Dragon
Men in a hard fought battle played with class last night. The “Den Crew” was loud and proud and got an
extra boost from Coach Newman! Team
effort by all!
Dragons ended their regular season with a loss to Fairview
last night. Kayden Quillen, Brock Jones
and Dakota Flippo all won by pins. Damon
Huddleston and Josh Darden won their matches on points. Congratulations men and
women on a great season! There will be
no practice today.
DMS Winter Dance is tonight from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Entrance to the dance is $5.00.
Our Winter Sports Pep Rally is coming up Monday. We are looking forward to recognizing our
Winter sports participants and hearing that Dragon and House spirit.
DMS will participate in a Food and Supply Drive in the next
couple of weeks to support the Help Center and their immediate needs. The items are divided by HOUSES and the time
frame is brief. This Drive will run from
November 28th through December 14th. Please support your community and the spirit
of competition among HOUSES and bring those items to school as soon as
possible. The HOUSE with the most items
will receive 20 HOUSE points.

Our next Blood Drive will be here on December 10th
from 2:15-6:00 p.m. Our goal is 40 units
donated for this drive. Forty units save
120 lives. Jr. Beta Club members the Friday afternoon meeting is cancelled.
