In this session, participants will explore ideas centering on the importance of establishing and cultivating a collaborative school culture. Participants will engage in activities and discussion that connect brain research to effective collaborative practices--delving deeply into ways educators can work more effectively with one another. Session leaders will draw from the work of Roland Barth, Richard Dufour, and David Rock.
