Every student struggles with vocabulary development, even those who can effectively memorize words for quizzes. This session has two missions: understanding why vocabulary is such a daunting issue and what practices can close those gaps. Participants will leave with a toolkit of strategies that work for ALL kids. Vocabulary development can be the best part of class – let’s have some fun!
