December 11 80-180The Burns Middle School Challenge class is sponsoring a
marker drive to collect dried up markers.
This drive will run through this Friday.
The drop off boxes are located throughout the school. Please drop off your used markers and help
recycle.
The Bobcat Band will have a Christmas concert on December 16th
at Dickson County High School. The
concert will begin at 7:00 pm and admission is free. Come and support your Bobcat Band this
holiday season.
The air is getting colder, the holidays are near, it’s time
to laugh, dance, and spread some cheer! Burns Middle School will be having a
Winter Dance this Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.
Tickets are $5.00. Pizza, drinks,
and candy will be available to purchase.
Tomorrow, the Health and Fitness Club will be meeting after
school to walk/jog until 4:00. Make sure
you wear appropriate shoes.
The History Club will meet tomorrow from 3:15-4:00 in Mr.
Fuson’s room. We will discuss the
upcoming field trip and look at Rusty Gold for anyone who hasn’t gotten to
share yet! Please make sure your rides are here promptly at 4:00.
Art and Crafts club will meet today. Make sure your ride is here promptly at 4:30.
If any club, student, or adult sponsored an Angel from our Angel
Tree, those donations need to be turned in by this Friday, December 13th.
The Coding Club will meet today after school. Please wait and go to room 103 after the 3:05
bell.
If you are interested in playing men’s soccer, there will be
an informational meeting Tuesday, December 17th at 6:00 pm in room
216. Come through the front doors. Coach Breese will pass out forms for parents,
conditioning schedule, and other available information.
