on “A” schedule and we are in Homeroom Dragon Time rotation. Remediation will begin tomorrow.
Last night
we were represented very well with some All-Star staff at the Dickson County
Awards Banquet. Congratulations to Mrs.
Bridget Lankford – Teacher of the Year at DMS Ms. Loran Anderson – Level 5 Teacher ELA and
Mrs. Sierra Tidwell – “Green Apple Award Winner for DMS but…..wait for
it…..Yes! Sierra Tidwell is the “Green
Apple Award secondary Winner for the District!

If you plan
on playing a sport in our next school year there is a free Sports physical
being given today at Creekwood High School at 7:30 p.m. Physical forms and flyers for the physicals
are in the front office.
May 2nd
and 3rd, this Thursday and Friday, are the performances of “Disco
Knights”! Show will start at 6:00 p.m.
and tickets are $5.00. You can purchase
a ticket early during lunches the remainder of this week. If you do purchase a ticket early, you must
have it in hand at the door. We cannot
wait to see you there!

If you are
attending BMS next year and are interested in trying out for a sport the list
of tryout dates is posted in the front office.
Ms. Breeden
and Mrs. Carter are asking for any plastic bottles to be brought to them
today. They are taking all of them to
the recycling center.
Friday will
be our reward day celebration for effort displayed in TN Ready testing. We will have DMS Play Cuts and then
inflatables. Logistics will be announced
tomorrow. Teachers will you please send
your list of students who will not be eligible so we can plan supervision.
