February 6, 2019Today we are on “A” schedule and we are in Homeroom Dragon
Time rotation.
We have rescheduled
our 8th grade awards day for Thursday. We will be in Homerooms on that day. If you have guests coming to our Awards day
please let them know they can sign in and enter through the auditorium
entrance.
Eighth grade students will be receiving a form from your
social studies teacher today. This form
came from the high school. You and your
parent need to fill this out and bring it to the information night at DMS
tomorrow night.
There are supplies in the front office available for
purchase in the book store. Paper,
spiral notebooks, pencils and poster board are available.
Amistad is the winner of our 2nd quarter HOUSE
reward field trip!!! Amistad members
will be taking a trip to “Thunder Alley” on February 19th at 1:00
p.m. You should have been given your
permission forms in your HOUSE meeting yesterday and if you didn’t receive one
there are extra forms in the front office.
Those forms have to be signed by a parent or guardian and returned to
the folder in the front office no later than Friday, February 15th.
Carla Riley’s Dragon Time will now meet in the
auditorium. Students will you please
meet Ms. Riley at the back of the auditorium.
“Disco Knights” is excited to share that we will be selling
Heart Beats, earbuds with a personalized Valentine message. They are $5.00. Cast and crew will be selling these gifts
during lunch starting today until next Tuesday.
On Wednesday, February 13, we will deliver the Heart Beats to your
Valentine pal during Homeroom.
