team will have tryouts Tuesday, February 4th from 6:15 to 8:15 at
DCHS’s Shelby Rye Field. You must have a
sports physical dated after April 15th, 2019.
The Burns Middle School softball
team will have tryouts today from 4:30 to 6:30 and tomorrow from 5:00 to
6:30. Both dates will be at the Burns
Little League fields.
The Family History club will meet
tomorrow from 3:00 to 5:00 to research on ancestry.com again. Come prepared with a family to research and
please have your rides here promptly at 5:00.

meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 5th. Please report to room 103 after the
3:05 bell. Also, go by and check in with Mrs. Martin before
Wednesday to pick up a note that needs to go home to your parents.There is
a spot in our spring play. Auditions will be held Thursday after
school until 5:30.
Burns Middle School will be having
our Valentine’s Day dance on February 7th. Tickets will be $5.00 and will be on pre-sale
during lunch that day or you can pay at the door. Make plans to come and have fun!
