Clyde, Cheri
First Grade Teacher
My students call me Mrs. Clyde. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Education
from Spring Arbor University. My husband
Steve and I moved to Tennessee in 2008 with our children Sarah and James. We love Dickson County and feel at home in
this community. I homeschooled my
children through high school and then went back to teaching full time. I have been teaching for Dickson County
Schools since 2019, and I am so thrilled to be a part of the Sullivan Central
adventure! My favorite past time is
spending time with my family. Sarah
lives in Florida and is a Practice Manager of an animal hospital. James lives in Tennessee with his wife Gina
and our grandson Trever. Our family also
includes a Mustang named Twist, a miniature donkey named Miss Jenny, and our
dogs Pepper and Lacy Mae. My hobbies are
canoeing, bicycling, and reading. Proverbs
3:5-6 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not unto your own
understanding, acknowledge Him in all your ways and He will direct your path.”
