Jessica Alberson is a native to Dickson County. She was born and raised in Burns, TN and a proud graduate of DCHS. She has worked at Dickson County High School this school year as an Assistant Principal. Prior to this year, Jessica worked in Williamson County Schools for seven years focusing on curriculum and instruction as a Instructional Coach. Jessica's career began at Oakmont Elementary, in Dickson County, as a first grade teacher.

Alberson has a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Trevecca Nazarene University (2008), and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from Bethel University (2014). Her experience in Williamson County allowed her to grow in the areas of RTI2b, behavioral interventions, and restorative practices.

She is married to Justin Alberson and they have two children: Garrett (6) who attends The Discovery School and Anna Lynn (5).
