Dickson County School District is proud to announce its first annual D.C. Schools Community Care Night, a new initiative focused on mental health awareness and family support. The event will be held on November 10th at Dickson County High School (DCHS) and November 13th at Creek Wood High School (CWHS) from 6:00–8:00 PM.

The evening will include a presentation for families that addresses critical topics such as mental health, social media use, and suicide awareness. In addition to the presentation, families will have the opportunity to explore a mental health resource fair, where local organizations will provide tools, services, and information to help families support their children’s well-being.

“Our goal is to provide families with strategies and resources to navigate mental health challenges and strengthen communication at home,” said district organizers. “This event is part of our ongoing commitment to support every student and every family.”

Attendees will also have the chance to win giveaways throughout the evening.

All Dickson County families are encouraged to attend and take part in this important community event.
