Mary Wills

Ms. Wills is a dedicated educator and life-long resident of Dickson County, where she lives with her husband, Randy, and their two children. A proud graduate of Dickson County High School, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Education from Austin Peay State University and her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University.

With over 25 years of experience in education, Mrs. Wills has served in a variety of instructional and leadership roles within Dickson County Schools. Most recently, she spent six years as Assistant Principal at both Sullivan Central Elementary and Dickson Elementary, where she worked closely with students, staff, and families to support academic and personal growth.

Mrs. Wills is committed to fostering strong relationships and collaborative partnerships. She believes that working together toward a shared vision is essential to student success and growth. She is honored to continue serving the Dickson County community and looks forward to building meaningful connections in her role as principal at White Bluff Elementary School.
