Dickson County School District would like to invite you to our second annual mental health awareness nights for our community. We will be hosting a presentation for our families focused on mental health, social media, and suicide awareness. Our goal is to share strategies and resources to help families better support their children. In addition, there will be a mental health resource fair available for families to expore helpful toos and services.

November 4 Information
Juniors and Seniors:
On Wednesday, November 4th, Juniors will be completing the practice ACT and Seniors will be taking the ACT retake.
ALL JUNIORS AND SENIORS MUST COME TO SCHOOL WITH A FULLY CHARGED CHROMEBOOK
Juniors and Seniors will report directly to their Test Administrator.
Check-out procedures for November 4th:
Any Junior or Senior planning to check out of school after testing is completed must follow the following procedures: Junior and Senior students planning to check out of school after testing is completed must bring a note to be turned in to their test administrator that morning . Notes must be turned in BEFORE testing begins.
If a student is NOT a driver, they can only be picked up by someone listed on their skyward account.
Any student who does not bring a note for checkout will remain at school until dismissal at 2:50pm.
Reminder: Completion of ACT is a requirement for Graduation.
Freshmen and Sophomores:
Wednesday, November 4th, will be a virtual learning day for all Freshman and Sophomores. Students will have assignments downloaded on chromebooks to complete. Assignments must be completed in order to be counted present for this virtual learning day.
Veterans Day Program

Choral Department Winter Concert
Come here the Show Choir and the Concert Choir perform on December 14 at 7:00 PM in the auditorium. Donations will be accepted at the door.

Bowling Update
Red Hawk Rollers had their first home match on 9/28/26 against Dickson County. The Ladies team barely missed out on the win and the Men's team won. They travel to Summit today, 9/29/26.

XCountry Results!
At the East Hickman XC meet on September 15th Jayden Howes took 3rd place and Sawyer Kauffmann took 5th place for the boys heat.
Alasia Perriera took 2nd place, Racie Gibson took 12th place, and Bonnie Stockman took 14th place for the girls heat.
