In addition to the information shared in our newsletter, we want to inform all Dragon families that Chromebooks will begin going home with students each night starting February 17.
Please ensure that your child brings their Chromebook back to school each day fully charged and ready for learning.

Our Valentine's Dance is 2/13/26 from 6:00 - 8:00. Cost is $5 at the door. Concessions will be sold. Only current DMS students may attend.
We kindly ask that families refrain from sending flowers or gifts to school on February the 13th in observance of Valentine’s Day. Please note that many items are not permitted on school buses. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Due to the inclement weather, Dickson County Schools will be closed on Monday, January 26th and Tuesday, January 27th. All childcare sites will also be closed.

As we look ahead to next week, winter weather may impact our school schedule.
If we experience weather-related delays or closures, students are encouraged to use some of that time to stay on track academically by reading, reviewing class materials, or completing any missing or unfinished assignments. This will help make the transition back to school smoother once we return.

We can not wait to see all of our Dragons back at school on Tuesday. We hope everyone had a wonderful break!!
Dickson County Schools Winter Break begins Monday Dec. 22nd and runs through Jan. 2nd. Staff only returns Monday, January 5th. Students resume classes on Tuesday, Jan. 6th.

Welcome Back!!! We hope everyone had a wonderful and restful Fall Break. We have several events coming up beginning this Friday evening with our BooFest at 5:30. Homecoming week is the week of Oct. 28th, and there is no school on Oct. 27th. We can't wait to see everyone tomorrow.
