I completed my Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Austin Peay State University. My passion to help students succeed in the classroom and to show them that I care. My vision for the classroom is to use technology as well as hands on experiments to bring our lessons to life.

I received my degree from Austin Peay State University. I have been teaching at Dickson Middle School since 2016. My goal is to create a love of science within each student through engaging and rigorous science activities.

I attended East Tennessee State University for my Bachelors as well as my Masters. I have a Masters of Art in Teaching. I plan on going back to school to receive my Md.D in the near future. My goal is to help students achieve academically as well as in the real world so they can be successful in their future.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Unitersity of Tennessee in Knoxville, and I am certified to teach 1st-8th grade. I have taught for approximately twenty-five years. I enjoy the learning process and the growth that see in the children that I teach.

I earned a degree in K-12 Education at Carson-Newman University in May of 2018. I am certified to teach all content areas K-8, and I am endorsed to teach English 6-12. When I am not sharing my love of science with my students, you can find me reading, painting, hiking, or caring for my two cats Effie and Bastion. My teaching philosophy is based on the idea that students are life-long learners, and that learning needs to be student-centered. My goal is to fuel students' passion for understanding scientific phenomena both inside and outside of the classroom. Thank you for taking the time to read my bio!

I received a BS in Education from the University of Tennessee at Martin. I am looking forward to providing a rich and beneficial learning environment to all students that enter my classroom doors. My goal is to be a facilitator of positive learning by leading by example, having high but attainable expectations, and pushing my students to be their absolute best!
