Leslie Harrison, New DMS Principal

Leslie Harrison is a native of Jonesboro, Arkansas, the proud mother of three sons, and a member of Water Street Church of Christ in Charlotte, TN. Ms. Harrison received her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education at Arkansas State University and her Master’s in Educational Leadership and Administration from Trevecca University. Ms. Harrison started her teaching career in Fayetteville, North Carolina, at Pine Forest High School teaching Chorus, Music Theory and English I. Because of a military transfer, Ms. Harrison and her family moved to Ft. Campbell, Kentucky, where she taught music at Clarksville Academy and later K-5 Music at Montgomery Central Elementary, a position she held for 16 years. At Dickson Middle School, she has served as assistant principal for the past five years and athletic director for three. She is incredibly humbled and thrilled to be a part of the continued work at Dickson Middle School.
