Mission:
The mission of Vanleer Elementary is Value Educate Succeed. Our mission as educators is to ensure students feel valued and learn to value others. We share ways they are valued in the building and how they can value others. The students are taught that they attend school for an education and it is their job and the job of all school employees to make sure they receive an excellent education. Our mission is to ensure the students succeed. Students are taught that the staff is available to help them be successful. We also help them understand that success isn't always about A's; we all succeed at different rates and in different ways.
