How can you be a good teacher to a student who barely understands you? How can you support a student who is learning to read a new language? If you have asked yourself these or similar questions - this session is for you. Participants will gain insight into the accommodation guidelines and the documentation process as well as a deeper look into how to support ELL students. We will explore what accommodations/modifications can look like in various subjects, using video and audio materials with ELLs, and working with ELL teachers.
