The Maintenance Department is responsible for the continued daily maintenance and repair of all Dickson County schools and the Board of Education affiliated offices ensuring a safe school environment for all students and staff. Not only do we make repairs and upgrades to current school buildings, we are also responsible for field houses, portables, green houses, and other miscellaneous outbuildings. The most important criteria for maintenance cost management is to manage human resources. Our schools require many hours to keep them operating at top efficiency. Our common goal is to have the most efficient, adaptable and maintainable but yet affordable schools ever.
